Our Membership cards basically work like a gift card.  You can purchase a silver membership card for $99 and pay Silver Member Prices or purchase a gold membership for $199 and pay Gold Member prices.  You simply use your card when paying for your service in order to get that membership rate.  Cards can be reloaded at any time to continue your savings.  (not valid for use with IV Drips, IV Rockets, Injections, Labs or DNA testing)
